Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, standard delivery takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location and carrier volume. Total estimated time from order to delivery is therefore approximately 7 to 14 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather or other events outside our control may extend these timeframes.

Shipping Destinations

We offer international shipping to multiple countries. Some items may ship from our overseas fulfilment partners, which is reflected in the delivery estimate above.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Import duties, taxes and customs charges, where applicable, are determined by the destination country and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
